Acceptable Use & WhatsApp Policy

• Only message people who have opted in to receive messages from your business.
• Keep clear records of how and when each contact opted in.
• Always honour STOP / unsubscribe requests promptly.

You must not use Replyzet to send or facilitate:

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to purchased/scraped lists.
• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
• Hate speech, harassment, violence, or sexually explicit material.
• Sale of prohibited goods (drugs, weapons, counterfeits, etc.).
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to harvest credentials or personal data.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Your use of the WhatsApp Business Platform through Replyzet is also governed by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, and Meta Platform Terms. Where those policies are stricter, they apply.

• Business-initiated messages must use templates approved by WhatsApp in the correct category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication).
• Free-form messages are only allowed within the 24-hour customer service window.
• Respect your number's messaging tier and quality rating — poor quality can reduce limits or restrict your number.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
• Keep your API keys and credentials secret; rotate them if compromised.
• Provide accurate business information for verification.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, our users, and compliance with Meta. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to Meta or relevant authorities.
