Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the data Replyzet holds about you at any time. This includes your connected Facebook/Instagram tokens, WhatsApp connection, contacts, messages and account details.

Option 1 — from your dashboard

• Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect to remove your Facebook/Instagram and WhatsApp connections.
• Delete individual contacts and campaigns from their pages.
• To delete your entire account and all data, use Option 2 below.

Option 2 — email us

Send an email to support@replyzet.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my data”. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Facebook / Instagram data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove Replyzet directly from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Replyzet. Facebook will notify us and we will delete the tokens and connection data we stored for you automatically.
