• WhatsApp Business data— when you connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through Meta's Embedded Signup, we receive your business account ID, phone number ID and an access token that lets us send and receive messages on your behalf.
• Message content — messages, templates, media and contact details that flow through your connected number, processed strictly to deliver the service you requested.
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type and basic analytics used to operate and secure the platform.

• To provide, maintain and improve the Replyzet platform.
• To send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf via Meta's Cloud API.
• To authenticate you, secure your account and prevent abuse.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send service-related notices and, with your consent, product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and Meta's platform policies.

Replyzet acts as a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Our access to and use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including limited-use requirements. We never sell your data, and we only use WhatsApp message content to operate the messaging features you have enabled.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — to deliver messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Service providers — infrastructure, hosting and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights, users and the public.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time; we will delete or anonymise your data unless we are required to retain it for legal, accounting or security reasons.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
