Terms of Service

Replyzet provides software that lets businesses send and receive messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta. You are responsible for connecting your own WhatsApp Business Account and for the content you send through it.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce and Platform Policies.
• You must obtain valid opt-in consent before messaging any contact.
• No spam, unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
• No use that could get a phone number flagged, restricted or banned by Meta.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or Meta's policies.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Meta's per-conversation charges are passed through at cost. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.

The Service relies on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes or actions taken by Meta.

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Replyzet. You retain ownership of your own data and content.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replyzet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for violations of these Terms or applicable policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
